The hedge next to it is dead and this one seems to have increased leaf drop. Noticed these tiny little wevs amongst some of the flowers and also some white things on the plant itself. Are the white things mealybugs? I had to use a decent amount of pressure from hose to wash them off.
Is the last photo spider mites that ate causing the spider Web type formation?
