I thought they needed some sun so I watered them thoroughly and let them get some sun for half a day. I've come back to this during the last week or two. The sunning happened about 2 weeks ago..
100% sunburn. Prune the dead leaves and put them back where they were. Plants adapt to their environment. You just took them out of an environment they were perfectly happy in. Water when the soil is dry for both the monstera plants and the snake plant. Ask your wife for advice next time lol.

It’s ok, sometimes we want to give them some tlc and if you don’t understand acclimation, you will give them too much that they can’t handle. Those crispy leaves will not come back but the plant should be ok. Plants that are not used to being in direct sun will burn. And look out for pests as well when placing outside. Just give water only when thirsty and place in their usual location.
