How viable are these outdoor climber plants indoors?

just wondering if it’s ok to try to grow these on the terrace, we have a pretty big indoor sunroom type deck.

Should I plant them in the planters on the outside of the deck or can I try to plant them with a trellis inside and just trim them a lot?

Also at what point should I try to plant these cuttings in soil?

How long should I wait for the roots to be?
