Aphids, and yes, they’ll suck the life out of your plant. In saying that, they can usually be washed off super easy, OR a systemic insecticide will kill them right off.

Aphids, one of the easiest pests to deal with. Wash off, wipe down all the leaves and stems and check daily for the next couple weeks.

Aphids. Take them off. Wipe off the leaves well with a wet microfiber cloth, and that should actually do, but keep an eye and check your other plants. Aphids are not the hardest to get rid of in houseplants.
