Help identify this wildflower?

Hi, could anybody identify this wildflower, I’m getting Chicory from my plant identification app but the leaves don’t look the same and the flowers are all centralised in a cluster area, only one flower emerges from each round area at a time. From one round area there then is a long stem then another cluster, these clusters sometimes don’t even flower, it is not the prettiest of plants but the flowers are lovely.
I have a load of them from so wildflower seeds that I sewed in May. Also does anybody know how, if you do or don’t deadhead them?
Thankyou

It is a type of chicory, although I’d guess Cichorium endivia – basically, endives. I’m not an expert though, so maybe get someone to confirm before you eat them.
