Located in zone 7b in CT. Our front lawn has a section of grass that always does really well, stays green all year, and is soft and carpet-like, almost bouncy when you walk on it. It’s a brighter green than other parts of our lawn. We need help identifying what type of grass it is; think it might be bent grass, but we don’t know for sure.
