Bumps?

Any one know what these might be?

The first picture is a pad from a separate opuntia.

The next 3 are props from the last one.

They sit on a west facing balcony in Dallas. The large ones get sun from 11-6. The props get sun from 11-4.

No set watering schedule. Substrate is expanded shale and cactus soil.
