I managed to yoink the two ripe berries off of a Bush, the rest still unripe or dried up and dead. I wasn't confident since I ate half of both (I was expecting them to be literally dry and bland, like eating slightly moist sand. Was surprisingly food) and I've never dealt with these before anyways. However, in just over one week post-scarification, several have already germinated.
