I'm sure that you've all see many posts like this, but I am stoked. I moved into my house last December. The previous owner was an older woman who lived alone and had developed dementia and so her yard was not developed. I'm in 7b with Sandy soil and this ground was so baren and packed down
Two weeks ago, I spent a lot of time telling, scooping dirt, leveling, and seeding TTTF. Tilling with a small front tine tiller took forever. Thank God for a sprinkler system, because we had many warm days between them and now, but I finally have germination and I am so excited for it. I can't wait for the next few weeks
