Hi, hello, Lord here, I'm very new to taking care if plants. Especially succulents. And I recently went on a vacation for a month away from home only to come back to my beloved succulent having grown it's own child that I don't know what to do with ;;
Do I cut it? Let it grow? What does that turn into? WHY IS IT SO TALL?

That is a flower stalk.
It depends on what you want to do, you can cut it off so the plant focuses its energy on its own growth or you can let it grow and admire the flowers it will produce.
