How should I repot this?

It's definitely outgrown this pot. I'm also not sure why it is growing hanging over. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's a Echeveria lilacina. It seems healthy but mine doesn't seem to be growing the way I see others grow.

I water it about every 2 weeks. I live in a 10b zone, so when it got into the 100s I was watering it once a week.

It gets a lot of sunlight. It's on the edge of my porch and probably gets around 6-8 hours.

A common problem with cacti and succulents is etiolation. This is when a succulent stretches or becomes leggy. Reply with “!etiolation” for advice.
