Am I cooked?

So my grandmother has paid $6k for a retaining wall and upon immediate inspection post-concreting they are all severely out of plum. A) Considering they lean outwards this suggests poor workmanship not by design? B) what would be the process of removing/compensating should the company refuse?

    1. Your very cheap pink level could be broken.

    2. You have no idea if more material will be added to straighten it up, it probably will. Especially if they all lean outward at the same angle. It’s almost like they know what they’re doing.

    3. Upon inspection by an amateur? Have you ever done this work before? I’d just keep my mouth shut and avoid pissing them off and then leaving with the work 1/3 down.
