I just bought the home, and an oak tree fell in the backyard with just normal rain.
I had a master arborist and another isa certified arborist come check the backyard , and this tree was all healthy and fine from outside.
Could we find from the pictures if something was wrong with the tree ? It looked to have rotten inside.
