How to save my pond?

Sorry for the picture with shadows.

The old owner used this 15” corrugated pipe as a means to control the height of a pond he had dammed. 1980s engineering

Right where the bed puts the most stress
In the pipe it had developed a 4”x2” hole.

It is draining my spring-fed pond down to almost nothing.

What are my options here?

It is run under a ‘road’ (a two track), so I would prefer to not dig it up completely if O have the option for something else.

I’m not familiar enough with that large size black pipe, but the smaller size has fittings. Like 90s and Ts.

Id try to find that size pipe, get a 90 with an extension and try to cut it back past the break.

You’ll likely need to get creative to make it water tight
