Should be fine. I shred and compost mine. Usually the ink is soy ink, and if this is a fast food bag (sorry, I’m in Nebraska where there’s next to nothing for “national” chains) I always figured, they wouldn’t keep it that close to my food if it wasn’t safe. That may be wrong, but I haven’t had anything bad happen and it made lovely compost.
