Help! Why is is growing taller on one side?

I’m new to cactus, so I’m guessing I probably didn’t rotate it enough on the shorter side.

Can it be fixed? This window faces East so it gets morning light.

Should I get a grow light for above so it grows more evenly?

Thank you and appreciate any advice!

I water probably once a month, I go by feel. Once it starts feeling squishy I bottom water and give it a good soaking.

I have only had it for about 6 months and it has grown quite a bit since then.

A common problem with cacti and succulents is etiolation. This is when a succulent stretches or becomes leggy. Reply with “!etiolation” for advice.
