Need help with septic and alternatives ASAP!

There's a piece of property listed that I'm very interested in. It's shaped like right angle triangle with a lot of river frontage.

The issue is that the furthest I can get from the flood plain is about 70 ft. Per county regs, a septic must be at least 100ft from the flood plain and 10ft from the property line.

The flood plain was measured in the 1980s and is likely not accurate, however I would have to hire a surveyor and engineer to evaluate it and do the proper measurements. Even then, the length would probably be only 120ft from the water, which is still not enough for a drain field to fit in that area (unless you know something I don't).

I'm curious what thoughts you have for potential solutions. This isn't an off-grid property, but it is rural.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
