Hard to see very well in your pics, but If he does it pretty minimal. They usually have a huge distention on their left side, looking like a balloon is under the skin at the back of the ribs. They’ll usually lay down and get up repeatedly until they end up just laying flat, which is the worst thing they can do. I’d keep a close watch on him and check him every hour, and if he doesn’t get any worse, he’s probably fine.
