Welcome to the first episode of our family’s New Zealand adventure! 🌊🎣 In this video, we document the whirlwind 24 hours from packing up at our home in Australia to catching a prized New Zealand snapper at the beautiful Whangarei Heads in Northland.
Join us as we make the journey across the bay via water taxi, hop into a land taxi to the international airport, and fly into New Zealand. After settling into our rental house, we waste no time the next morning and head to the local jetties, where the boys are quick to snag some fish, and Calvin lands a prized snapper—our first catch in New Zealand, just hours after arriving!
