  1. Hi y'all! Where is Leah? Is she okay?
Great video today. Once again I learned and enjoyed. Also I'm going to order the Linda Vater sweatshirt! The green color is gorgeous 😊
    Your friend Kristine

  2. Hi Linda, one of my hardest decisions at this time of the year is,pulling out fabulous ( yet) annuals,to replace with Fall,Mums,Grasses,Ornament Kales. We have had an exceptional warm ,sunny Sept, here in Minnesota. But,my love for Fall, usually overrides, because our Fall can be very short lived season here. Love to see you back again !🥰

  3. Hee hee, Stewart! I was cracking up. 😂 (Speed this up… but I shall keep saying important things…)

  4. Your Olive tree has a problem due to the fact , it is in too much shade, when a plant is stressed then you will encounter fungal and or insect damage.

  5. Linda you must be conscious to not touch all of that fungus on your ajuga then you touched the leaves of your hydrangeas, you are saying one thing but doing the other (ie you said you must wash your hands, but you have already passed the infection onto other things.

  6. Very informative video . Now I know what’s wrong with my ajuga. I hope I can get my olive tree looking as healthy as yours. Love the sweatshirt!

  7. We absolutely needed autumn! Transforming our yard as well. Happy Fall Linda! Was fantastic to meet you at Bricks! Waiting to plant fall bulbs and excited to see aliums in the spring!

  8. Linda, your backyard is my favorite!! I would spend so much time there. It’s my first summer in my new-to-me backyard. It has nothing but a few boxwood next to the house. They are now sprouting rose canes out of the center. I’m contemplating what small trees or large shrubs to plant for more privacy from the neighborhood entry street behind me. Lots of work still to do and even more to dream about! Thanks for the inspiration you give through your gardening!!

  9. So happy the “Wednesday Walkabout” is back!! Have you ever made fall decorations out of beeswax covered leaves? Or fall branches dipped in glycerin water? One or both would be a great addition to your fall decorations. Both compostable when no longer needed. 😊😊😊

  10. Linda in zone 6 Kansas here. What can I wrap or put over 2 newer small arbs for the worst part of the winter? Nursed one back from Winter damage this year and want to prevent it happening again. Suggestions?

  11. Hi Linda , your back yard has come along so beautifully. Well done ! Would love to see soft floral pattern cushions on your chairs, going into winter they would give that English cottage garden look. Cheers from Australia 🌳🌸

  12. Your backyard is just beautiful! Love your green sweatshirt but can't seen to find where to buy it. Just love to hear the music on your video, makes me so happy to have you back.

  13. Linda and crew, so great to see another Wednesday walkabout.
???What is that beautiful billowing grassy plant in 2 pots near the Myrtle topiary theatre? They add such a nice touch of whimsy to the patio!
    Thank you! ❤🪴

  14. My daughter order me two myrtle topiaries from Passaflora for mother ‘s day and I’ve yet to receive them. My daughter checked on the order and was told they are refunding peoples money because of lack of supppy. 😢
