hi yall i got this cutting last night from my friend and im just letting it callous now but i feel like the cut was made too high for a successful prop but if anyone knows please let me know:)
Sure, there is likely an axillary bud and root node under the base of the petiole sheath. It can take a very long time without an active aerial root but it is technically possible.

There’s no growth point so no, it won’t prop.
