I posted a couple weeks ago about somebody rooting around in my garden beds and most people said it looked like an armadillo. I got a bag of Armadillo Scram from Callahan's and applied it as instructed, which seems like it might've helped for a week or so, but I checked this morning and found fresh holes and scratches in the soil and possibly some stolen pea shoots again. Could this just be a persistent dillo and the repellent losing effectiveness over time, or could it be another kind of critter?
I know I've seen possums and at least one stray cat around the yard, but I can't imagine either of them doing this kind of damage.
