Kept my bok choy next to a window with direct sun and the baby leaves burned. Has anyone experienced this and still had the plant continue to grow successfully?

I assume since their true leaves are still intact that they’ll be fine and will continue to grow. Has anyone experienced this before and still continued to have a good harvest?
