I replanted it into a bigger pot less than a week ago and was also told to cut the semi dead flowers off so I did but now it has those little red leaves and the flowers are starting to brown. I water it every few days or if the soil seems dry and I keep it next to the window

No those red leaves are new growth! That’s a good thing. It seems very happy. You don’t need to repot now for a very long time (repotting should only be done when it’s rootbound). Also, roses aren’t really meant to be indoors. They naturally die back in the winter and need to be pruned. Plant it outside next spring if you can.
