It’s not like, bad per say, I wouldn’t say it looks like the happiest plant in the world, but if it doesn’t have aerial roots yet then the moss pole is just extra work for nothing until it starts to get aerial buds 😅
Ppp grow kinda weird tho anyways so it’s super hard to tell. Dunno if anyone else saw how many twisted up ones there are but sheeeesh

Useful if the plant is a flight risk and you need it for further questioning. Otherwise, ditch the ziptie (which can cut into the stem eventually) and go for something more plant-friendly. I like velcro garden ties. Cheap, versatile, effective, not terribly ugly.
