Noticed this Raphiolepis had some discolouring leaves and leaf drop. When I first went to investigate and saw all the white marks, I thought I had a thrip infestation pop up, but it's not thrips. Some kind of scale? Baby snails? I'll spray it with eco oil and neem regardless, but very curious as to what it actually is?&
It only seems to be on the lower half of the plant and the 2 beside it. In Queensland if it helps.
(The plants are very Dusty, there is a lot of development going on around us)
