    Hi! I wouldn’t recommend doing this grass seed up north is you want green grass in the colder Weather! Down south they’re grass starts to look dead as soon as the temp gets colder! It’s a personal preference but I decorate for the holidays and love my green grass hence the name cool season grass seed! 🤗

    I would suggest you buy seed that does not include weeds. Look at the back of the package to see the cultivars to weed ratios. A rock garden may be an option in another area.

    Hi Daphne,I used to live in Queens NY and i understand how difficult it is growing the lawn but don’t give up hope you just have to spend a lot of time caring for it .I moved to New Jersey love it out here.have a great week. love your videos..

    I wouldn't put pumpkins on top of the ferns. This damages the fronds. Why don't you randomly set them amongst the rocks in your front area near the street.

    Just a suggestion. Cover the seeds with straw so the seeds want blow in your neighbor's yard.

    I noticed your slop. How do you keep the dirt from eroding down on the side walk, I see you have plants and rocks but does that really keep the dirt in place? Our streets were redone and it left me with it looks like a similar slop and the dirt keeps eroding into the street, 😮‍💨

    Hi Daphne, love seeing all the updates and your beautiful smile, I’ve missed chatting with you.
    Still busy decluttering, then re-cluttering- haha, it’s so hard to go through years of stuff.
    Not there yet, but making progress… worst part is next, years of paperwork to go through.😝
    Can’t wait to finish and finally feel completely organized- at least for another 10 years… lol
