I’ll tell you one thing …i don’t miss living in town for this reason lol. I watered part of my yard after planting around new house for a good month and I barely noticed the difference in electric from well. I paid nearly a 100 bucks once in town after accidently watering all night with one sprinkler.

Get a meter for your hose and send it to the city every month. Then you’re only paying for the water and not the sewage along with it. Water is cheap sewage is expensive.
