Philodendron Dean McDowell help

Can anyone help me understand what caused these markings on the newest leaves of my Dean McDowell? Is it due to some physical damage caused before the leaf unfurled?

Also, the newest leaves are smaller in size and petiole length compared to the older leaves before them. Is this due to inadequate light or fertilization?

Honestly I see that same kind of bent look on mine while it’s hardening off, and it goes away eventually once it fully grows.

It could be light, although I find this plant is a huge baby about getting direct sun so I only grow it successfully behind a sheer curtain. It could be fertilization. It could be how you are growing it. It’s a crawler, is it in a long pot and touching soil?
