I could really use some help. I have 13 pines on my property. Decades old. I live in Las Vegas. Throughout the past couple years I have found my pines in various states of health. I added 3-4 drip stakes to each tree thinning increased water would help them in the intense heat and it did. It appears random branches will suddenly die out. Recently, this tree pictured went brown all the way up. I’ve included some pictures of what appears to be an infection that I found on some of the dead branches I cut off.
What can be done? Does this look familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated.
