I was gifted this succulent by a coworker about a year ago. As you can see, she’s gone quite crazy. I am a complete plant beginner but am now emotionally attached to her and want to take care of her. Does she need a new/bigger pot to accommodate all this growth? Do I need to get her some more light since she’s leaning pretty obviously towards my window?

Yes, very cute. In my opinion it needs more light. That’s why it’s growing “leggy.” when it grows long like that, it is reaching for light, but it looks healthy.
She needs to be near the window but slowly acclimate if it’s bright
You can also prune it back by cutting the long parts. Let it sit for 2 days so the cut end dries. Then loosen the dirt and poke the cutting into the soil. It should root and grow, making the entire thing fuller.
