Pics one and two are some sort of wild grape; I’m thinking River Grape as this path is parallel to a river. Pics three and four are a greenbrier of some sort, maybe bristly or roundleaf? Can anyone confirm or correct species’ on these? Located in North Carolina

Grapes are small and sour, watery purple juice, purple / black skin with pear-shaped seeds. Greenbrier “berries” are drupes and appear a very deep green, almost black from a distance. Center is green and slimy, with a single pit in each one. They may be a bit underripe?
