unsure what to do with my philo pink princess

this may be a silly question but i’m unsure about what to do with this philo. previous owner said they didn’t have enough light for it, hence why most of the leaves barely have any variegation, if at all. since being in my possession, it’s had plenty of light and is putting out new variegated leaves.

now, my uncertainty lies in the fact i don’t know where i should cut it. i don’t like the plain leaves at the bottom. should i cut it above the second or third leaf and prop the rest? should i wait until the new leaves unfurl? i want to see what the new leaves look like, will it matter if i prune it while it is putting out new leaves? it just seems like such a drastic cut that i’m kinda scared 🫣
it’s putting out a second vine (barely visible in second photo) so i feel i should act soon since it’s clearly happy now.
i’m familiar with proper pruning practice and propagating. i’m just a little hesitant.

any suggestions are welcome! please feel free to share what you guys have done to your philo pink princess
