Was great looking in spring. A mix of lack of rain and fungus from me stupidly trying to keep it moist dealing with heat wave and despratly needing a new blade .And on top had the birth of my son created a perfect storm of destruction and lack of time to address It. Couldn't wait till fall to clean it up and reno. Scarifaction, seeding(jonathan greene sunny mix and touch up tri-rye) , milo as my starter fert and top dressed . Mowed first at 19 days in . After threw some prg to help fill in some spot the birds got to. At 30 days I'm happy. Dose of 6-18-0 from sls and some iron should have me looking great by mid Oct. Added what I looked like in may at the end for comparison.
