I never know with stores and whether they add shit as decoration, especially on cacti. But I’m not familiar with this kind so I don’t know if it’s natural or if web stuff was added to give a spooky effect

All these plants require different needs, so you had better seperate them into different pots. If you ask web like stuff on Sempervivum, yes its normal. It is Sempervivum arachnoideum.
