Help! I planted Bell Pepper seeds just under a month ago, and while I feel like I had great growth the first two weeks, I can’t help but feeling like they have slowed down tremendously since then.
What I have done / do:
Under grow light 12+ hours a day, 8 hours of dark in between
Water when dry, mist as needed
After 3 weeks I bottom fed a diluted gentle 3-2-1 fertilizer.
Thinned out sprouts that were too close together by just snipping near the base, I probably need to remove a few more.
This is my first attempt at growing any time of pepper plant so any help, insight, or tips is greatly appreciated!

Yeah remove the extras, repot in bigger containers with potting soil or fertilizer. Looking good really.
