I was gifted this guy almost a year ago. I think he came from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods? I’ve repotted him once. He seems to be doing well. He has had some good growth on the top. I water him once every 7-10 days. I keep him in my bearded dragon terrarium so he gets good lighting and it’s warm with low to no humidity in there. Just wondering if he will bloom? What kind he is? And any tips to make sure he is happy and healthy. I’m not sure that I repotted him in the correct soil. The soil is non toxic and cat safe.

i dont know what kinda cactus this is but it is very very etiolated
It’s a very etiolated mammillaria backebergiana. The soil is not great either and the pot looks too big. Does it have drainage holes? You’re also watering it too often. I’m sorry, op, but if you don’t change your care soon, this cactus will probably die.
