I have a Crape Myrtle in an island bed and every year it turns black and looks sickly. It also looks like the leaves have been getting eaten. It continues to grow and looks like healthy growth, but it is eventually overtaken by the black. The other plants are generally fine but then they have started getting black as well. No other plants on my property have this problem.
Does anyone know why this maybe be happening?
