You could use a couple Sarracenia/drosera pots mixed throughout the cacti!

Garlic oil mixed with sugar water. Spray on plants. Mosquitoes are attracted to the sugar, the garlic oil kills them

You could go up the food chain a few steps and install a bat box, then come back in a few months after they’re all eaten. You could also throw some mosquito bits in any standing water areas to kill the larvae.
