my aloe vera’s been flopping bent and weird for almost the whole year ish i’ve had it and won’t go back to normal
almost all leaves aren’t bent
and it won’t grow
has had direct sunlight for 3 weeks now ish was kept in shade tbh i hardly water it i used to overwater it but idk how to fix it without overwatering

It’s overwatered unfortunately and i don’t think it can be fixed… your soil also looks too “dense” for this kind of plant
Just had this same issue. I went to re pot it and it basically fell apart. The dirt was compacted, barely any roots despite its growth. I think I overwatered and had incorrect soil.
