if found bugs in the soil im not 100% sure what they are some of them are white and the love hiding in the soil or side of the pot and others fly around the plant, i don’t see many but ever since i noticed them my leaves have been browning

Looks like thrips damage to me
You’ve got thrips. If you have other plants check them as well. You’ll need to quarantine and treat.
