Can I save my Ficus Genseng?

I’ve had this guy for over 3 years with no problems and it recently got moved to a different spot and started having immediate issues. It had some mildew (last picture) that I treated with copper fungicide (shown 3rd) but it’s now bone dry and I worry it has root rot. Is there anything I can do to save it?

  1. They’re pretty tough, I’d cut off whatever looks fully dead and repot and wait and see. Some ficuses are pretty notorious for losing their leaves (fiddle leaf figs for example; Ficus = fig). I’ve had leafless ficus sticks come back.

Depends on how the root feels. If it seems firm I’d assume it may be salvageable. 🤷🏻‍♀️
