Oof. If they’re already rotted there may be no hope. But if not, then take them out and rinse them off, and put them in some fresh water and make sure to start changing it weekly. I’ve had good luck with aloe Vera Gel in the water but I’ve also year adding a little bit of hydrogen peroxide can help too kill bacteria in the water and won’t harm the plant
