My rescued albo is putting out an all white sprout. Do albo sprouts eventually green out or is this the end for the little guy? The plant is only watered when the soil has dried and has drainage. It's kept in an indoor greenhouse with high spectrum grow lights on it so it's getting light for 10 hours a day.

It’s white because it grew under the soil, it should take the normal color after it adapt.
This is a normal Monstera and it also grew white but eventually turn green.
