Been following this sub for a bit. Tons of great info on here. Soil tested and then added what I needed. Scalped, dethached, seeded, starter fert, then rolled compost with a peat moss roller. Fortunate to have irrigation and just watered a lot and kept it wet.
I do have some dead grass and was wondering is that just cause end of the season or is there a lawn disease issue? Grubs?
Anyways pretty happy with the results. Now I can worry about pre emergent in the spring.
