Hi all, house is for sale, buyer’s inspection showed the tree is hazardous due to it leaning. The leaning has been there for the past 10 years, tree is 15-20 years old. It’s grown and has balanced itself with new branches in the other direction, root system is healthy and not uprooting. Buyers want 10-15K to replace the tree. I wouldn’t mind removing it for them but it’s such a healthy tree and is part of the appeal in my opinion.
Does it look risky?
Thank you in advance
