That’s a “Moon cactus”, the attractive it’s the cactus in the top, the “moon”. Those are grafted to a more vigorous cactus, like Dragon fruit cactus.
The moon looks die and now you conserve the Bottom cactus, that it’s growing normal, then etioled in the middle part for the lack of sun, the normal again. That cactus have aerial roots that use to anchorage to tutors.
