Alocasia Variegated Frydek tips

I’m learning more and more about plants every day and have fallen in love with alocasias. I’m collecting as many as I can get my slimy hands on. I have bambino babies , dwarf Amazonica, yucatan princess , silver dragon , regal shield , yellow tail and a deeply unhappy zebrina.

This little frydek is very dear to me and I would love to learn how I can keep her happy. I’ve got her in a little seedling greenhouse in a chunky perlite / soil substrate. She hasn’t needed water since being in there (roughly a week). When I water her I use foliage focus fertiliser. She’s getting moderate sunlight , which I feel I could increase but she’s just a baby I don’t want to scare her. I have only had her a bit over a week and in that time she has unfurled a leaf that was growing when I got her.

How often should I expect new growth? Should I increase her sunlight ? Should I take her out of her greenhouse ? Does she look happy ? Any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance
