Hello, I was offered an upgrade to a bouquet of roses I needed made for a friend. Originally it was all white roses but this upgrade was off. I know very little about flowers and these seemed to have been out for a bit by my lay man eyes. So, I’m just reaching out to know if I my eyes were wrong.
