Throwaway account.
Can someone please help me identify the shed in my backyard and/or give me an idea of its value? My home was affected by hurricane Helene and my catastrophe adjustor is scheduled later in the week. I’m worried they are going to low-ball me on the cost for repair/replacement. I believe the shed is at least 15-20 years old and has a metal roof and is about 8×10 large.
I have not had any luck using the Google app to identify it. I’m guessing it may have been a local custom build.
